Our Staff

We are a team made up of different personalities, qualifications and strengths but together we share the same ethos and ideas on how childhood should be... child led & free! 

Our Manager, Jess

Jess has seven years of experience working with children aged from birth to seven. She holds a list of qualifications which includes:
-A First Class BA Hons Degree in Early Childhood Studies
-Level 4 Certificate of higher education in working with children and families
-Level 3 childcare qualification
Jess loves taking the children on walks around the village and exploring our beautiful surroundings. She is also passionate about making strong, positive relationships with children and their families.


Alicia is a mum of four and has worked in early years settings for many years, in this time she has gained her level 3 qualification in childcare, and her level 5 foundation degree in integrated working with children and families. So not only is she great with the little ones she is constantly building on her knowledge to offer the best care for the children.
Alicia loves lots of messy play and planning fun craft activities!


Sally is our Forest School Leader, she holds a Qualified Teachers Status and a Level 3 Forest School Leader Qualification. Sally sets up wonderful weekly forest School activities. 

Our Room Manager, Keeley

Keeley holds her level 3 qualification in Childcare.  She has always attended a range of training including, supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disability, Safeguarding, supporting Early language development. Keeley is also First Aid trained. 

Keeley loves playing with the children in the role play corner.


Laura is our part time practitioner, she holds her level 3 childcare qualification and has 10 years’ experience working with under 5 year olds. Laura is a mum of three and loves reading stories and singing songs with the little ones!


Elouise is our Level 3 apprentice. 

Elouise is so creative and loves setting up the story corner with inviting resources for the children to explore.
